Exhibition

Exhibition will lead exhibitors to have an excellent opportunity to interact with delegates and the delegates are to familiarize themselves with the latest products or technology.

Booth fees

Regular Booth USD 4,000

Booth fees include

  • 2 Exhibitor Badges per 9 square meters
  • Booth Structure: Shell Scheme Booth(3m x 3m)
  • Company Name
  • 1 Information Desk, 2 Chairs
  • 1 Electric Outlet (220V single phase)
  • 1 KW Power Supply

Shell Scheme Booth

  • Booth Stucture and design are subject to change
  • Only company names will be printed on the fascia(no logos or product names)

Payment

  • 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included.
  • A full payment for booth fee is required along with the application form. All payments must be made by bank transfer.
  • First option and preference will be given to major sponsors, respectively. Following major sponsors, the organizer will allocate booths respecting, whenever possible, order of application submission, booth size and deposit payment date. Once a site has been allocated to an exhibitor, the location may not be changed without the Organizer’s written approval.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing. A 50% of cancellation fee will be deducted from the total fee for cancellations requested by May 31, 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after June 1, 2018.
